A new blend of first-person shooting game and tower defense game comes into play - that's Sanctum FPS-TD or Sanctum first-person shooter tower defense game.

This FPS-TD game was created by Coffee Stain Studios located in Skövde Sweden. The game development for Sanctum TD started in 2009 and it was developed for PC using Unreal Development Kitt. The game started as a mod for Ut3 and won several prizes in the big competition Make Something Unreal by Epic Games.

Sanctum FPS TD is a unique blend of traditional first person shooter and tower defense and lets the player engage combat at ground level while building defensive towers. The game features a variety of different enemies, towers and weapons, as well as a bright unique visual style. The big difference from other tower defenses is that the player is more involved in the actual defense.
